Returns and cancellation of order
If your jewel is not your passion you can do the following:
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to decide if it is your perfect jewel, if in the end it is not and the jewel is in perfect condition, you must request the change or return by filling in the form that appears at the bottom of our page or in the following link Return Form, once the request is accepted you will receive an email with the instructions on how to proceed, the amount of the purchase will be returned in the same way in which the payment was made as long as the jewel is in perfect conditions and has not been used.
Regarding the use of the product warranty, Classic Jewelery reserves the right to estimate the same according to the use and condition of the product and not accept the refund or pay a lower amount in case the item does not arrive in perfect condition .
In the package you must include the invoice of the purchase, this will help us to streamline the management. At the time we receive the order we will proceed to send you the new product or to refund the money of the same.
In case of change you can request that our agency make the collection, in which case the shipping costs will be paid upon receipt of the new order, if you request a refund the shipping costs will be subtracted from the refund of the purchase amount. The refund of the purchase price will be effective within a period of 5 to 7 business days.
We inform that in our physical stores you can make the change for another product or for a voucher that does not expire but the amount will never be reimbursed in situ, this will be done through the online department and in the same way in which the payment was made , it is also absolutely essential to present the printed invoice, in this case we indicate that the refund of the purchase price will be effective within a period of 5 to 7 working days.
If a product had a defect or was different from the one you bought and delivered by mistake of Classic Jewelery, it will be picked up and you will receive the correct product without any additional charge.
We remind you that we do not accept returns of engraved or personalized products such as: slaves or medals.
